Customer service is horrible. Eight dollars for six stale donuts. Dunkin? Donuts you should be ashamed of yourself. And you were... out of glazed donuts. Dunkin? Worst DD I have ever been to. I don't normally go to any DD but my daughter is visiting and loves it so I've been going the past... week. Yesterday the forgot 2 things in my order. Ok it's my bad so now I check the bag before leaving. Today I checked the bagand all ok. Never thought I would have to check the drink but I got home to find out instead of a medium hot coffee with milkand 1 sugar they gave me a hot chocolate with milk and 1 sugar! Customer service lacking - incorrect change given, rude cashier (male), order sat on counter for a while (2 ice coffees), the... order was also incorrect.... There are so many Dunkin donuts, I highly suggest you go to a different one. Read more
Thank goodness for Dunkin workers. They really save my day and possibly others lives. How so you say.. I'm a night shift nurse... and when I leave my shift I am very groggy. The nice DD employees always serve my morning cappucino with a smile and they havelikely kept me from crashing my car on many occasion. Read more
