Jersey Mike?s subs has been one of our favorites almost 2 decades, evidently they recently had a policy change limiting the... amount of meat that they put on a sub. While the staff is always friendly and do a good job the food is not good. I have gotten 3 different subs and each one does not... taste fresh. Lettuce tasted is off almost sour. The cold cuts are not fresh at all. I go to another sub shop or even aconvenience store the subs are much better. Also member of our family requires gluten free bread which JM has but it os bad. Very bad. Your staff is excellent but food needs to improve. Read more

I have had subs here prior to the skyrocketing inflation that were good. However now you get a thick layer of lettuce ,tomato ,... onions, and paper thin slices of meat. The staff was friendly, the taste of the sun was ok. I won?t be back. I could buy 2 Wawasubs that have more meat than the one giant Italian sub from Mikes. Read more

My biggest pet peeve is when someone doesn?t change their gloves when they switch over from touching food, to handling money. I... went in to get a sandwich tonight, and the man put all of the toppings on my sandwich, AND THEN PROCEEDED TO RING ME OUT WITHOUTTAKING OFF GLOVES, and the gloves to begin with looked disgusting. I know I probably sound like a crazy person, but I just findit absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I threw my sandwich out as soon as I got out the door and I will not be going back. Read more

I went to the Jersey Mikes in Bayville on June 22, 2021, early in the afternoon. I decided to get a couple of sandwiches before... I went on the road. Big Mistake. There were two males and a female working there. I did not know at the time what was soimportant that the one male just had to whisper so quietly to the other male at the time, but after that the second male wasvery intent and persistent to pull me away from watching what was going on. Although now I have an idea. I was very clear withthe first male, no oil and no vinegar on the sandwiches. Yet while on the road the one sandwich was soaked and dripping with oiland vinegar through not only the wrapper but TWO bags with the stated unwanted ingredients. I was very clear about this requestso obviously this was intentional (I just do not know why) as I could also tell by the look on the pushy second male who pulledme away. But that one did make sure that I noticed the tip jar. The cheese steak was made by the female. One bite from thatsandwich caused a very serious choking incident. Fortunately I did not die (but it was close) but my throat is still hurtingfrom this hazardous episode. I am fully aware that she put some things in that cheese steak that should not have been in there,(although I do not know all of them) and some of them caused this deadly serious choking episode. What I also realized at theend of the order is that they made the sandwiches with their bare (what I assume is) dirty filthy hands, no gloves. I had tothrow both subs, over $32.00 into the garbage. These three need to be fired. They are directly responsible and all of this wasdefinitely no accident. But I now have to assume that all of Bayville Jersey Mikes sandwiches are bad and they should closethis store. After all of these years I am no longer a customer of Jersey Mikes. The Bayville location was really busy. There were 5 people working but even though there were at least 8 customers waiting, two... people, the Manager and the cashier took a break. This left 3 girls: one to slice meat, one to put the lettuce, tomatoes etc onand one to run the register. Except when the phone rang, the cashier had to pick it up. This left only 2 girls to make, wrap thesandwiches and ring them up. It took me approximately a half hour to get 2 mini subs. Also, people who had phoned in orderswaited even longer than I. Some customers left because of the wait. The staff started to get tense because of the pressure theyfaced with a room full of angry customers. They need more help or employees who delay their break when there are a lot ofcustomers. The subs were delicious but I'll be going to Richard's Sub World next time. Read more

This is not a Jersey Mike sandwich. I paid $17 for this one slice of meat and cheese. Ridiculous never going there again so... disappointed. Skimpiest Jersey Mikes location in New Jersey. I was better off going to WAWA. Please spend your money elsewhere Read more
