Ahhh where do I even start?!! I love this place, best bagels, best coffee, my son loves that they have grape juice, and my whole... family doesn?t eat meat so they make special sandwiches with hash browns in it for us! Whenever we call, they know my voice andsay the regular ? Just overall amazing people- from the owners to the cook to the cashier- 10 out of 10 across the board! Ican?t talk enough nice stuff about this place and the people at the establishment- anyone who has anything negative to say, youeither are a negative person, or just for minute did you stop to think that are people too ? - and if it was about the food,give them a second chance? or why didn?t you bring it back? I was so thrilled to find an alternate bagel shop. I've been here 3 times. First time was great. Our sandwiches were cooked well... & although service was a little longer-I happen to know quality food takes time... no need to rush. The second time the porkroll was a little too under cooked for my taste. Today- the 3rd time- was a total flop. Pork roll egg and cheese is not hard toremember... I got almost raw pork roll, no egg at all and cold cheese on a cold bagel. I ordered for someone else, a toastedbagel with a very thin layer of cream cheese. We got a cold bagel not toasted and an inch and a half thick of cream cheese.Needless to say we are disappointed with this Bayville location. I posted a picture of what looks like it could be a wholecontainer of creamcheese that we scraped off of the bagel. Building is clean and well kept. The owner is a very nice man and it?s clear he really cares about his franchise. The cooks are... amazing and make your meal right in front of you. Drink selection is very diverse and you?ll definitely find something you?lllike. I highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese! Read more
The staff here is always fantastic!!! Went this morning for Father?s Day breakfast and even though there was a line out the... door, down almost to the nail salon, they moved quickly and efficiently to get everyone taken care of. I am really surprised that some reviews are negative about this store including that the bagel is old and stale. The Bagels are... always fresh and warm i always see them bringing out fresh baked ones. They have fresh coffee every time I go. The new ownersare really accommodating and they treat everybody like family. Read more
Love this particular MB! Although it's a chain, the employees make it feel like family. Never had a problem with an order and... food is always fresh & tasty.
