I was really happy to know the staff was educated on celiac disease and gluten. We asked for the allergen book, made a selection... and explained my husband and son have celiac disease and they said they were getting a clean scoop and a fresh container. Customer service was below average. Was 5 girls working and only 3 customers in front of us, it took 20 minutes. The girls were... talking and moving very slow. See reference picture attached. We ordered the sundae and it came in a cup instead of a dish. Wasnot given 4 scoops of cookie dough and a large brownie like advertised! This was my first time EVER at. A real Ben & Jerry's store! It was amazing a real dream come true the lovely littlemlady that... was there (by herself I believe) handled the customera very very and she was very polite as it was my first time thwre and I hadno idea what I was doing. However she introduced me to ma favorite flavor Caramel but it was a triple caramel fudge chunk Ibelieve caramel ice creamwith a caramel swirl annnnnnnnd fudge covered caramel bites!
