Employees are shy and mess up order very often mot going here again.Highly exaggerated customer service and quality. It's more... like a safe space for softies... I was really happy to know the staff was educated on celiac disease and gluten. We asked for the allergen book, made a selection... and explained my husband and son have celiac disease and they said they were getting a clean scoop and a fresh container. Ifelt safe feeding my son. This is our second good experience at this location. Read more
Customer service was below average. Was 5 girls working and only 3 customers in front of us, it took 20 minutes. The girls were... talking and moving very slow. See reference picture attached. We ordered the sundae and it came in a cup instead of a dish. Wasnot given 4 scoops of cookie dough and a large brownie like advertised! We got a small 1 inch browine, and only like 3 littlechucks of cookie dough. Kinda disappointing ???? Read more
What can be said about Ben &Jerry's? A lot! The service was excellent, efficient and super friendly. The hot fudge sundaes... received four thumbs up from my kids. The atmosphere outside is friendly and fun. Eat a wonderful dinner somewhere else, andwalk over to Ben & Jerry's for dessert! Read more
Stopped by on a walk with my children. My son has egg and peanut allergies and the young lady working was very diligent in... finding allergy friendly options and used a clean scoop to scoop off the top layer of the ice cream we chose to help with crosscontamination. She was so very kind and friendly. We were very happy with the customer service! Read more

This was my first time EVER at. A real Ben & Jerry's store! It was amazing a real dream come true the lovely littlemlady that... was there (by herself I believe) handled the customera very very and she was very polite as it was my first time thwre and I hadno idea what I was doing. However she introduced me to ma favorite flavor Caramel but it was a triple caramel fudge chunk Ibelieve caramel ice creamwith a caramel swirl annnnnnnnd fudge covered caramel bites!
