Excellent food. The Crab Cakes are the best on LBI. Excellent selection of oysters. The local one are delicious. My server... was very knowledgeable on the oyster selection. I found the atmosphere of the restaurant was very put together and super cute. Not overdone or tacky. Would go again and recommend highly to friends and family. Read more

Absolutely incredible, fresh, creative food and one of the most gorgeous views on the island. Everything from fancy dinners to... fish and chips are just out of this world. You won't have room for it, but get dessert anyway, TRUST ME. The owners are alsoincredible, just genuinely kind and wonderful people, and have been serving amazing food on LBI for decades. I've been visitingthem since they served sandwiches in Bay Village and I'll never visit the island with stopping in, especially to bring familyand newcomers. They have a busy night here and there, as every amazing restaurant down here does, but chances are it'll be oneof the best meals of your visit. Read more

Very disappointed with my meal today. Our meal took over 2 hours to get, only for many of us to have over cooked meals. 3 of us... ordered medium rare burgers only to of gotten well done. Same with the 3 others steaks. After taking so long to get the food itwas very disappointing so many of our meals were over cooked after waiting so long. This was definitely the worst dinning outexperience Ive had. The meals were also very expensive so they made it all even more disappointing. Ive been to this restaurantmultiple years in a row but this will definitely be the last after today. To end , the server was very nice, however all otherparts of the restaurant experience were not good. Would not recommend. The whole meal also ended up being 3 hours! Read more

The food @ Bistro continues to be very good. I had pan fried flounder last night & it tasted great. Good size serving too. Disappointed! We really wanted to love this place was but it was simply not good food. In the crab and corn soup for $12 there... is only corn and no crab. The seafood linguini for $42 was a soup and barely any seafood. Service was very slow and it was aslow rainy night. The flounder was barely there hidden under a bed of fries. Very little fish for $35. And the seared tuna wasalso drowning in a soup of corn for $35. I could go on about our other dishes but I’m just tired and hungry. Read more
