Not sure how they work here. 2 of the pizzas I order were burned. Call to get replacement ones as I am not about to eat burnt... pizza. Took them a long time to answer. And they didn't want to replace them.. The manager should observe his or her employeesto make sure they are doing their job correctly. Read more
Not the first time i have an issue here. Every time I try calling they hang up on me. Takes me a good 3 times for them to answer... and actually talk to me. This last time 2 of the 3 pizzas had hair, they tried to tell me i was lying by saying "we do wear hairnets" ok?? Well the pizza has hairs and even baked with the cheese. Ridiculous!!! Read more
I’ve been coming to Domino’s for a long time now and no matter what location you go to, I’m always stuck waiting for my... order even after I’ve placed the order online. AND.. I’m always destined to get my pizza made WRONG. I order my pizzassquare cut and it’s never failed that I’m always getting the standard triangle cut. They lie to my face, telling me thatthey just short staffed but there’s literally 8 employees working and scattered around the prep area. Something needs to bedone!! Read more
Donavan made our pizzas twice in a row, he is AWESOME! He really cares about what he is doing and goes above and beyond to... provide the best service possible. He is patient and kind, his parents can be proud of him. The new veggie pizza is the absoluteBEST!!! This is for sure a busy location. We have never had a negative experience here at all. The second time this has happened! I placed an order online, my order was accepted. I even called up there to add some extra... sauces to my order and the lady said no problem, my order would be arriving in 45 minutes. Then an hour went by only to see thatmy order was cancelled for no apparent reason, no phone calls or anything and by that time they were closed so I couldn't evencall to speak to someone. This is a horrible way to run a business! Do not place an online order with this Domino's, especiallybefore closing time. Read more
I would give minus 0 star if I could I order on the phone they made a mistake in my order but instead of being apologetic the... manager ( kendra) was absolutely rude yelling and screaming at me saying that the mistake was mine... I decide to cancel theorder and as a I was walking out the door she sarcastically said good luck with your pizza... is the how domino's teach theirmanagement to interact with customers? never going back!!! Order was a hour late. Called multiple times to see what’s going on with my order was told that it’s on the way and should... be there 10mins and we live around the corner and then 15mins went by and called again another 10 and another 10 telling us thatthe driver is on the way the last call was told the driver just left and will be there and still was not here. I had an awesome experience tonight! We just moved to the area and just wanted something fast and easy that we know. Pizza came... quick (thanks Craig) and was made better than the one we used to go to. My special pizza ,(Alfredo sauce, mushroom, and bacon)was incredible! My husband loves his thin crust. For a domino's....I highly recommend! Read more
