This place is garbage. Ordered FRESH fries and nuggets. They were way over done. I believe, they took the ones that were in the... warmer, and tried to reheat them to make it seem like they were fresh.. They were two different colors. Won't be back to thisone.. I had a mobile order and selected drive-thru as the pickup method. After telling them that I had a mobile order when I made it... to the drive-thru window and told them my code. The lady at the window told me that I had to come inside, even though I selecteddrive-thru! When I went inside the service didn?t improve, they couldn?t find my order after I show them the receipt. Themanager didn?t explain what happened to my order or informed me what she would do about it. After 10 minutes she finally gave methe 4 items that I had order. The staff needs to get trained on how to provide better costumer service. Read more
TERRIBLE AND GHETTO. we waited in the open lane for 10 minutes with a line of cars behind us then when they finally answered us... they had a DISGUSTING attitude. Like I get you hate your job but that doesn?t mean you get to talk to people like that. The July 26th night manager not only closed the dine-in area early after my husband walked a mile to get there furious she did... not care that him along with 3 others were there wanting to get in to order, but she also closed the store earlier than she wassupposed to.... . Not to mention, but at a separate visit in the drive-thru, she told us to us to pull aside out of the othercustomers way and that maybe we need to get our calculator out and learn how to add after we attempted to show her that she hadway overcharged us.. I've tried this location 3 separate times and all 3 times the order was wrong. Water instead of sprite, a milkshake instead of a... slush,a single patty when I paid for 2, regular chicken when spicy is on the receipt and several other issues. I won't be goingto this location anymore. The mistakes are just too consistent and too frustrating. Even when I check the bag at the window, Itwas still wrong later. If I have to finger through my burgers, count my nuggets or taste all of my drinks before pulling offthen it's just not worth the trip here. Read more
Ordered a McDouble bundle and the fries were not cooked correctly they were cold and soggy ruined my appetite. I called to fix... the problem and the manager didn?t help me at all she just kept telling me that she was cooking everything fresh so I told herno my fries are cold and they look white she still tried to argue with me and when I ask who am I speaking too she said themanager I asked for her name and she kept going on that it was impossible that she cooked everything fresh I told her maybe oneof your employees took it out the fryer too soon and she said no. She told me to come in and show her the fries and I told herno it?s too late it?s a inconvenience for me because this was my 30 min break and it was just terrible service and food, themanager never solved my problem instead tried to argue with me and tell me I?m wrong 1 star for me. There are a million McDonald's. But not all are as great as this place in terms of customer service. If I have an issue the... address and fix it if they can. I come here regularly for coffee so I know their attentiveness isn't in relation to the size ofmy order. They allow my service dog and they always make him feel welcome. I tell them I always come to this McDonald's asopposed to the one that's closer to where I stay. They make me feel okay even though I know I could be one of those pain in thebutt customers. Bravo to the management and staff. I've eaten it a lot of high-end restaurants over the years and it's kind ofweird that the most sincere post I've written out of the very few.
