Hey guys, you are building up quite the reputation online, social media is not being kind to you. With what seems to be good... reason, I'm doing this here because I'm hoping y'all will see it. I won't put out what the public has been saying specifically,and taking pics of, but it sounds and looks like you need to get it together a bit. Maybe in the correct orders department, andalso maybe do a freshness check on everything that goes out. You can recover from these things. My personal experience wasn'tbad though. Absolutely terrible experience. I called ahead for pick up and they said ready in 10 mins. I get there 15 mins later and my... order wasn?t even made yet. They said my ticket didn?t come through but every other ticket seemed to come through so probablyforgot to make it and you would think they would expedite my order but nope. Sat there for an extra 40 mins waiting for twosandwiches. Watched maybe 10 people come in after me and order and get their food before me. Tried this place again today. Woman with blue hair was impatient, had an attitude, and was rushing me through my order. I walked... right out. I also asked for a flat bagel to be scoped out and she threw such an attitude. This will be last time I ever stepfoot in this business. Garbage . Bakin Bagels is much better right down the road. Friendly and better bagel. I am a localbusiness owner and treat all of my customers with courtesy and speak nice to them. What a joke Bagel big and doughy. After myham egg and cheese on a bagel was in tin foil for 5 minutes the bottom half of the bagel was soggy. Bagel just fell apart as Iwas eating it. Read more
It?s a nice bagel shop but makes lots of mistakes. Vegetable cream cheese on a blueberry bagel? Everything seasoning all over a... French toast bagel? Ask for scallion cream cheese and get plain? If this is your idea of a great bagel shop, then this is foryou. If not, take a slightly longer trip down Route 9 to Bakin? Bagels near Sundae?s. Read more

Third review and it gets worse, not better. The bagel sandwiches have gone downhill. Each time we experienced problems from... long wait times, wrong order, very little egg whites and stale bagels. Quality is not there as compared to other places. As youcan see from earlier reviews my first bagel sandwich was very good but since I have not had a good one. We have tried tosupport and give a chance but at this point we will never go back and waste our money. Old review based on new experience. Myfirst trip was good. I had excellent pork roll, egg and cheese. Great flavors! However orders took too long, got one orderwrong. Other people were waiting 20 mins or more. Came back again a long wait and order incorrect again. Complete lack oftraining at this location. This needs owners direct oversight to get fixed. This place will fail if they do not correct theirproblems. Lots of people in town already not coming back. Read more
I went there for the first time with my family and got two mini bagel with butter and lightly toasted I never had a worst bagel... ever to greasy oily and my Tex-mex was disgusting i would recommend this place maybe because it just open I won?t be goingthere again wasted of my money!!! I tried when they first opened because the Brick location is spot on!! And I was yelled at by the manager because they forgot my... side salad and I wouldn't drive back for it was snowing food was ehh then!! Fast forward almost 2 years and I decided to givethem another chance because my son was home sick and wanted something special. Horrible is not the word I do not know how theyare open! Once again food missing my breakfast platter was missing the bagel with cream cheese my sons pork roll egg and cheesetoasted WAS NOT TOASTED ice cold amd had no cheese. I ordered 7 bagels for later 2 of them could break the sheet rock!! Theywere so rock solid and old im shocked they didn't have mild growing. The side order of bacon that I paid an extra 5 bucks forwas extremely undercooked and sitting in a pool of oil. After calling I was told I'd receive a refund I did NOT receive that!!Oo and I was put on hold rudely not even like Joe's bagel shop please hold I got a nasty hold and the 22 minutes later finallygot the gentleman whom stated i woukd get the refund i never got!
