Horrible experience! Started with the waiter not remembering who ordered coffee or water. Then he forgot what the order was and... returned to the table twice to ask again. I specifically asked for no tomatoes and he brought my meal out with tomatoes! I askedfor a new meal and he brought the same meal on a different dish with scrape marks from sliding meal onto another plate. Lo andbehold, there was a chunk of tomato he missed when he scraped the meal over to new plate. When confronted, he said the cook musthave done it. Then he asked if I want another meal, no I said, my wife was already done with hers and he forgot her toast. Henever offered to correct the bill so I had to ask for the manager. Manager didn?t seem to bothered and credited me my meal. Wewill never return to this location! Read more
Very disappointed. Bob Evans used to be such a high quality chain but it has taken a severe nose-dive. The service was slow and... uninterested even though there were a total of 8 people at 3 tables with 2 waitresses and a hostess. The food was worse than theservice. Pancakes so over cooked that even syrup wouldn't loosen them up. Eggs, over cooked, biscuits under cooked. But on thebright side the bacon and hash browns were good. We ordered through delivery for a family meal for 6. Our rolls were forgotten and unfortunately they weren't able to get them to... us but the manager was nice and refunded the amount for that. The food we did receive was very good and the portions were morethan we expected. Definitely a pretty positive experience. Read more
Don't eat at this location! I was served extremely raw chicken. It was so undercooked I could tell from the outside. Cutting in... I could see it wasn't even pink. The manager seemed to think it was a nuisance to have this shown to her. Dinner had taken awhile to arrive despite a nearly empty restaurant. If it's the last restaurant standing I'd rather eat from a trash can. Who could go so wrong with breakfast, but they did. We got... less than half of our food after over a 30min.wait. Asked for 1 plastic Flatware in the bag that's used for carry out. Thecharge for that was $5.00 who charges for that. The manager didn't make it any better she stated she was new at this locationand they didn't charge at the location she came from, then they said $2.50 while in the meantime not getting the rest of ourfood for another 40 minutes. Which at that point who eats breakfast like that. Some of which never got there food. We all didpay for what we got. 1 person in the party didn't have to pay because they never got any of there food but yet the manager gaveher a bill. She did take it back ( ? What was that about ). VERY POOR SERVICE. ONCE AGAIN I WANT TO STATE WE DID PAY FOR THEMEAL OR LACK OF A MEAL, WE WERE NOT TRYING TO EAT FOR FREE. Attitudes from staff need to be left at the door and if customer service is NOT your strong point, then getting a job that does... NOT involve customer interaction is best. The server with the short cut and colored hair working on the morning shift Thursdayhad a terrible attitude and did not want to be there and it showed. Very disappointing! Read more
First I want to say that the staff, including the manager were extremely friendly and down to earth. I didn't come in until the... last night of my visit to Cleveland, and I wish I had come in sooner. I ordered steak and eggs (at dinner time) to-go and gotexactly what I wanted. The eggs were cooked perfectly, which is rarely the case when ordered for take out. The steak was alsocooked to my desired temperature. In general, I would recommend this place to anyone living in the area, but especially anyonestaying at any of the nearby hotels. Read more
My mom and I were here for a late lunch. The chicken was tasty and hot but, the mashed potatoes were cold. I know that sometimes... the staff believes that the gravy will heat them up, that was not the case. We both like broccoli. Our broccoli looked old,there were black spots on it as if it had been kept too long. Read more
