i really think this place is incapable of getting orders correct. i have been eating bruggers religiously since last year. the... bagels always tastes good but my issue is that nearly every time i go my order is incorrect. i asked for a toasted everythingbagel and i received a plain bagel that was untoasted. i asked for an egg ham and cheese and received a bacon egg and cheese. idon?t know why it?s so difficult for the bagel makers to do things correctly but it has soured my experience at thisestablishment Read more

I love brueggers made my 20 min drive for a few bagel sanwhiches. Line was long as usaul but was moving. Placed my order of 2... bagel sanwhiches repeated it a couple times to makes sure everything was made correctly. The gentlemen said "he had it" at thatpoint went to the casiher and paid. Got home both bagels missing items. (Egg on one, no sausage or extra bacon on the other)highly upset as i paid extra for these items on my sandwhich and now i have just a few pieces of bacon and a slice of chesse ona bagel... The store forgot to put my onion chive cream cheese tub in my bag and when I called back to get a credit or refund for that,... they said they couldn't do it without me coming in and either getting the product or scanning my card for a refund on the creamcheese tub. I told them that I was too far out as I was heading to my appointment. I pulled over and called the customer servicenumber and it referred me to email. I called back and told the assistant manager that I would come back to the store only if Igot the cream cheese tub and a refund as compensation for driving all the way back to the store from where I was at (gas is highnow). The assistant store manager agreed and I headed back to the store. Once I got to the store, the assistant manager claimedshe didn't say that and I asked to speak to the manager. After 30 minutes of waiting, the manager came in and said they don'tgive a refund and the product because it would mess up the inventory. I told her that her assistant manager said they could butthe manager kept insisting that they don't. Poor customer service and no accuracy checking over the order before giving it tothe customer. Don't go here. If you like poor customer service, then this place is for you. First, the curbside pick-up did not work because... of a malfunction in their app. My husband had to go into the store to get the order. When we got home, we realized that thestore forgot to give us an item (onion & chive cream cheese tub). My husband called the store and told them of the error. Hewas given two options by the assistant store manager which was to come back to the store for the item or come back to the storeand swipe his card for a refund without receiving the item. He was told that an in-store credit for a future order was not anoption nor was a refund through the app an option. With these limited options, really the only thing that could be done was tocome back to the store or forget it altogether. He told them that we were too far out at this point and coming back to thestore would be an additional expense on our end especially since it was their error in getting the order wrong. He offered tocome back to the store to get the cream cheese tub but asked also to get comped for the cream cheese tub since we were using ourgas and time to come back (Let's face it, gas isn't cheap right now). At this point, the assistant store manager (and I kid younot) said "Well, I just think that'd be doing too much." How is it our fault that Bruegger's Bagels got the order wrong AND didnot have literally any other option except to physically come back to the store? The customer service here is really lacking!!! We will not be visiting this store again and want to let everyone else know to proceed with extreme caution. If they get yourorder correct, then great! If they do not get your order correct, then be ready to waste your gas and be met with some real badattitudes. You have been warned. Read more

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Lost of different varieties of bagels. Ordered the... smoked salmon with cream cheese and it was delicious. The coffee is fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place. Read more

I went to Bruegger?s for the first time today, and was pleasantly surprised that there was a small, fast-moving line (not bad... for a Saturday morning). I ordered the Smoked Salmon Bagel. It was GREAT! The bagel was perfect, and even more importantly, thesalmon was fresh. I?m in the area just about every other weekend, and plan to be back for more deliciousness. Thanks Bruegger?s!
