If you wish to place a phone order, I am warning you in advance not to waste your time, and find another pizza place. On a... Tuesday evening at approximately 8:25 pm I called to try and place a phone order for pick up. No one bothered to pick up for 8minutes and 55 seconds. I listened to their background music and advertising. They kept saying to be patient someone would bewith me shortly. After 2 minutes I had already decided to take my business elsewhere, but I was curious how long it would takefor someone to answer the phone. I sat the phone down and was chipping golf balls. Eventually someone answered the phone. Iasked them if they knew I was on the phone for over 8 minutes. They acknowledge that they were busy making pizzas and could notanswer the phone. I just hung up, deleted this location from my contact list, and found someone else that wanted to take mymoney. It was easy and did not take 8 minutes and 55 seconds. If you decide to place a phone order, good luck, wish you well. There are countless other pizza places that would love to take your phone order. Horrible! Delivery driver Edward SMITH supposedly delivered my pizza. Sounds like EDWARD SMITH needs to be fired. I have no... pizza after waiting 90 minutes. My home has cameras of the front door and street, and nothing was EVER delivered to me or eventhe neighbor by mistake. I?ve have been on hold 18 minutes and no one is answering. Thieves. Our food was supposed to be done and ready for pick up at 6:15. We arrived at 6:18. The tracker said our food was done and given... to us before we even arrived. After being told ten minutes after our order time that it was being cut, they informed us a halfhour later that our food was in the oven. Then told us an hour later that it was in the oven yet again. They lied to us threetimes. We waited two hours in the lobby. They finally gave us our food and it was completely cold and said it was made at 6:20.So we requested a refund, it took them twenty minutes to even give us our refund. On November 10 i Ordered pizza to be ready by 11:40. I arrived at noon and there was a line of people waiting. I was told my... pizza would take another half hour. I left and came back a half hour later and the same people who were waiting there before,were still there. The 2 jerkoffs working there were totally ignoring the customers.
