This is an objectively bad Subway. I didn't notice any problems with the food, but the state of sanitation and general upkeep... made me uneasy. Service is a bit haphazard. The big positive here is that the prices are still the cheaper 2019-2020 era prices(as of 10/2021) even though they have already launched the "Pro" menu, so there's reason to believe that will hold for a whileat least. First off they did not have enough meat to make a sandwich, i ordered bbq rib. then i kindly said thats ok and switched to... meatball marinera. when i got back to work (3 doors down) it was clear that the meat had never been warmed up so i dont know iftheir warmers were broken or what and to top it all off i got the oldest piece of bread they had. it was breaking apart at mydesk even with the sauce on it. clearly i threw the entire thing in the trash. never will i come back here and i recommend noone else does! Not much to say about subway. It's fast food and we should be careful of how much of it we eat. However it is a much better... option than many other places. You can create really good salads with or without meat and many location have breakfast options.The reason for three stars is because this location has been constantly good every time I have been there. So if you get hungryand want to try something new stop in and give them a try and judge for yourself. Read more
Employee named Jasmine was upset she had to wait on us. It was a total of 3 customers. After waiting for 20 minutes she decided... to take an uber eats order before acknowledging us. We ordered 2- 12 inch steak egg n cheese sandwiches. The eggs were still icecold. Seems like she just thawed the egg , instead of cooking it. No greeting, no eye contact, just a rude and nastydisposition. Read more
I usually have a great experience here, Saturday I came in and the lady had her earbuds in and told me she couldn?t hear me... telling her my order. She?s normally very quick and polite but this time was just rude. If she couldn?t hear me because I wasn?ttalking loud enough, that?s one thing but to stand there with earbuds in and tell me you can?t hear me ordering.... uncalledfor. I?m a believer! ????LOL, my family love Subway, but historically I was the doubting Thomas in the group and would only buy a... sandwich from Subway once a year, if that. While inside the BP on corner of Chagrin and Richmond Rd today, I heard a policeofficer and another man give their lunch orders; which sounded tasty. I was already hungry, and started reviewing the menu andobserving the two young ladies behind the counter preparing the sandwiches so meticulously for the Officer and other man that Igot drawn in to make a purchase for myself. I asked a number of questions because I wasn?t familiar with all the sandwiches, butwanted Turkey to be on my sandwich. The workers were Mary & Ketta. Mary explained a few good options, so I ended up with a kidsize Turkey Italiano (not sure of spelling). I was still a bit of a sceptic, so I just figured I?d try a small size. God! I wishI had purchased the 6? or foot long to eat foe 2 days.????However, I didn?t realize just how delicious the sandwich would beuntil I had drove back home and started eating it. I called my daughter and niece to describe what I had on the Turkey Italianoand the contents are on Italian herb and cheese bread. I ended our conversations by saying with all sincerity ?that was the besttake out sandwich I?ve ever had in my lifetime.? They believed me because I have always believed I can make a sandwich at hometo taste far better than any restaurant. NOT TRUE anymore because the worker named Ketta politely asked what I wanted on freshlittle piece of bread (kiddy sandwich), and not kidding, she was a master at making ?my sandwich? just the way I would make itat home (not too much and not too little veggies). I told my niece and daughter I love that sandwich, but I also think the foodprepare staff made a world of difference to whether I would enjoy it or not.
