Every time I come it’s always super good food. Dinner time can be busy but the lunch is fabulous!! The server I had was very... nice and attentive and the chef was great. I would say it needs to have a DEEP clean of the whole restaurant. But other thanthat it’s awesome! Love coming here with my family. Also great portion size. You’re always gonna need a to go box. I unfortunately didn’t even get to eat there as the place smelled of sewage and mildew upon entering. After going inside I... noticed that the windows of the entrance were so dirty that i could barely see through them. There was a flowers and other itemsfilled with dust and dirt which were both very visible. The bathrooms had not been cleaned and there were rings in the sinks andtoilets. Went for my gf birthday. It was a wonderful experience. Great food. And yummy sake.

We had a party of 13 for my mother in laws birthday. Setting reservations had to be done by phone due to the amount of people.... Your full party must be there in order to be seated which is understandable. The server sucked. Her attitude when being seatedand when ordering- asking questions started the experience off badly. She came off as if we were bothering her. In a normalsituation I would have left or talked to a manager but I was hoping to let it go and we would not deal with her much and wedidn't have to. Luckily our Cook with all the arm tattoos was amazing. He had the perfect personality for our table. He is theonly reason I will give them another chance. Our food was great. Read more

Food was just okay. Too many menus kinda overwhelming as a first timer here. Bartender threw out a plate with a potsticker on... it. I told her I was still eating that. She said she would get me another order. Then came back and said she could replace theone or I could pay for a whole order. Not good customer service. Read more

I was visiting my parents from out of town and craving some Hibachi. I grew up going to the Hibachi in Solon but since it... changed owners we decided to research a few options in the area and I’m glad we chose Wasabi! Server was super friendly andattentive throughout the meal and our chef was great. The portion sizes are enormous - they include both rice and noodles withthe hibachi entrees. I loved how they gave us extra yum-yum sauce to take home, everyone knows that’s the best part! Read more
