If you?re reading this review and wondering if Homespun Foods is worth a try, drop everything you?re doing and RUN HERE! Drove... almost two hours to visit for Sunday brunch and it was an experience to be remembered. There wasn?t much of a wait when wearrived around 11, just a few minutes. The atmosphere was casual, cool and inviting; busy but not chaotic. The staff were kindand service was great. As for the food: phenomenal!! The menu isn?t massive, but this clearly gives the kitchen time to perfecteach plate they serve. My sincerest compliments to the chefs, who prepared the most decadent dutch baby pancake I?ve evertasted. My partner?s apple & cheddar salad was also wonderful?every bite had a pleasantly balanced flavor. Not to mention, theirmimosas were the perfect compliment to our meal! I will gladly make another trip to Beacon soon, if only to experience HomespunFoods again. Read more

The food was good and the service friendly. Everything on the brunch menu was exciting. However, the flavor could have been... better: the Dutch baby was too sweet and the biscuits too salty. They charge for drip coffee refills, which I can be okay with, only that they never mentioned it, and they took away the unfinished mug without warning. Read more

The food was great but the black coffee wasn?t great. It had that oily residue that comes when you haven?t properly cleaned the... coffee machine in the long time. We had a delicious brunch with all sorts of yummy dishes, so I definitely suggest gettingbreakfast. Service was?leisurely. Garden is really beautiful and nothing but vibes, but it?s not wheelchair accessible becausethere is a step down. It?s a really unnecessary step that could be easily fixed with a ramp. If they install a ramp in the backand clean the coffee pot, it?s 5 stars. Read more

Good service was four stars; however, the food was slightly salty. I will visit again next time I am in town and report on the... food. I have to say that the olives were good, and the baby carrots in some vinegar were fantastic! Read more

Loved the dishes we got! Came for late brunch (like after 2p) on a holiday weekend and waited about 15 min for a table. We... shared the mushroom melt and strawberry ricotta toast. The mushroom melt was a vegetarian take on a Reuben and it was deliciousif you like mushrooms. You don?t get that smoky flavor like you would with a pastrami, so it definitely tastes like mushroom. The strawberry ricotta toast was incredible, the black pepper almonds were a nice touch. I think some Basil would?ve taken it tothe next level. Definitely would recommend coming here for a meal if you?re in Beacon. Read more

Had an incredible breakfast/brunch! The lemon scone with macerated strawberries was absolutely fabulous, and the quinoa bowl was... an excellent mix of savory, smoky, sweet, crunchy all in one. Great lattes, can?t wait to come back and try all their otherpastries! The outdoor area is just so cute and sunny! Read more
