First time here, atmosphere is awesome, rustic and very old era feeling, almost like being in an old movie or show like Stranger... Things. The small plate starters we had were very good. Just remember you are paying for the experience. Wait staff was great,fast and friendly even being understaffed. Place was very busy, yet enjoyable. Bad service from the woman in charge of the bar, she was not friendly, she was very rude and made me feel unwelcome. She took my... order wrong , but I still payed for it to be a good customer. The ramen was good,but the attitude was totally insane. Me and myfiancé had an awful experience. I hope the manager speaks to this very rude lady. Read more
Hey! To be honest I had a okay time, I know I won't be going back with my date. My date and I had a not so pleasant experience... at quinn's. The main reason why I didn't have a good time at Quinn's is because my date wasn't really able to eat her foodbecause number one we ordered sweet potato fries and those fries smelled like shrimp. Now there's a sad part about that is thatmy date has a seafood allergic reaction and all that type of stuff and she was seriously uncomfortable with even eating thesweet potato fries because of the smell. Now when we did a little digging we found out that they were using the same grease tofry the shrimp into also using the same grease for the french fries. Not a good look! Other than that the service was Bland atbest, I am surprised by how nonchalant the service was and I'm a very nonchalant person so trust and believe that I wasconfused! Read more
My coworker recommended this place for me and my friend to try with nothing but praise. And I am happy to say that it was all... she said it was! The retro vibe and the lighting are very different and cool. As for the food, it was very, VERY good. It's theperfect place to go for a good meal and not spend a fortune. I can?t understand why this place gets any good reviews at all. First all, they charged us $5 at the door for a band that was... starting ?soon?, (as we were told) but that band didn?t even start playing by the time we finished our meal which was over anhour. Second, how dare you charge $8 for 3 mini spring rolls in a paper dish that tasted frozen. And another $8 for overcookedoctopus with again another paper dish. Third, my boyfriend ordered a dish with meat and the entire dish was cold. We sent itback and it came back hot, but this was already adding on to our bad experience. Finally, we decided to nicely ask for our moneytowards the band to be returned, since we were told it was starting soon and it wasn?t and the man at the door had an extremechip on his shoulder and didn?t even care. He simply told us we arrived ?too early?. Sounds like this place looks for ways torob people blind. We will DEFINITELY not be returning and I wish I could give this place no stars to be honest. My fiancé and I can?t understand what about this place is supposed to be authentic! His curry was cold & tasted like the boxed... Golden Curry we have at home. My ramen tasted like cup noodles and the egg white wasn?t set but somehow the yolk was & mynoodles were over cooked. 1 star bc they have authentic Japanese beer which he?s missed since we left Japan & the apps werealright!
