It's sad to see the lack of attention regarding service, no smiles, no hello, almost incoherent..We placed the order verbally... and had to repeat it 3 times and the order was still incorrect so, we settled with what we got and noticed the kids working arenot focused at all and spend more time talking about their personal day to day then on business. DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible service, unprofessional employees with little to no customer service experience, slow, and CONSTANTLY... make mistakes. Instead go to the Tim?s up St Charles near Super C (another 5mins driving but worth it), their service is muchbetter. This is the absolute worst Tims location I?ve ever been to. I live 5 mins away and regularly come to this location, butthe last year/2 years or so it has gone fully downhill. they have messed up my order the LAST FOUR TIMES I came in through thedrive thru (making a Farmers wrap with no hash brown and random extra sausage instead, making a breakfast BLT sandwich withbeyond meat sausage instead of bacon or on a bun instead of on a bagel, giving me a chicken salad wrap instead of a FarmersWrap). one employee in particular is extremely unprofessional - they messed up my order (again), I asked her to make a newsandwich, and then she tried to charge me for it!!! Excuse me??? i PAID already for a sandwich that YOU messed up, and insteadof just making me a new one i?m supposed to pay to fix YOUR MISTAKE?? Read more

If you follow the most recent reviews over the last couple years - it doesn't look good. Wait times for drive thru and in... establishment are around 30 mins wait. I think they took 3 people in front of me before I finally got my coffee. I went back amonth later and the same thing. Not sure who is managing this place - the Tim's up on pierrefond/st jean would take easily 50clients through the drive thru in that 30 mins. I won't be going back. Read more

One extra star for Indian server at this location. Nice location with ample of seating area and parking spots. In late afternoon... I ordered breakfast sandwich but the cashier refused to take order for breakfast menu???? ( it?s pretty rude). But at that timeIndian girl immediately took charge and ask me if I can wait 5min, as she needs to prepare it. But she didn?t say ?NO? I reallyappreciate. I like the service. But location was bit dirty. Rest all good. One more important point is, they don?t have drivethrough at this location. Read more

worse experience. mobile order 15 minutes ago for drive through pick up. when I got there to drive through, I said hello but no... one answered me so when I arrived the drive through window they said you did not call us so you need take a cycle back and drivehere again. I have made the order and just came to pick up, so why I need call them so they can send order? I said ok I can gointo the store to pick up ( I thought maybe the store is huge so drive through window is very far from where is food is placed.lol. the drive through window is just next to the food). I parked my car and went into the store. they asked to wait in linewith people at the cashier. Why I need wait there while I had paid. I explained again I had made order online then they asked meto wait. They said to each other why this person could not wait. I was waiting for another couple of minutes for my order 15minutes ago from home. unbelievable bad service attitude. the purpose tim has mobile order is that customer can place orderearlier so they do not spend time waiting in line and can get order sooner.
