This location is seriously lacking customer service,toppings and soups. I don?t know how many times we?ve gone in hoping to get... our favorite menu items and have gotten ?oh we just threw away the meatballs? mind you they still have a couple of hours untilclosing. We get two cups of soup and 1 is filled to the brim and the other is half filled. I?ve called in an order and afriendly guy took it and said it would be ready we go to pick it up, oh we didn?t have that so we needed to wait until you gothere to make it, which was fine then upon arriving home and opening up our other sandwiches all of the toppings were wrong, andnot even any we asked for. It was horrible. The sighs and looks you get when trying to use the coupons that come to us in ourmail is also so annoying! I hope our base Subway improves majorly! Read more

Always disappointing. They have half the selection that a normal subway has. They never have caesar dressing and they never have... soup ever. And today I got a wrap (not my first choice but they didnt have what I wanted) and the wrap was so poorly wrappedthat the whole thing fell apart and spilt all over my table. It's worth the drive to wheatland to go to an actual subway, whichis what I'm going to do from now on. Read more

First of all.. i don?t think people that works here knows what customer first and customer service is. My first time coming to... this subway there is this old lady that have purple hair rushing me with my order and she was very rude. And the second time icame here manager name JENNIE, the way she was talking to me was very unprofessional and her tone was unacceptable. I felt likeshe was -first: rushing me (again) and then -second: RUDE.!!!!! If you are ?the manager? act like ONE. Be professional, and be arole model to your employees. Read more

Ok so the food was fine...it only got one star because the young man that checked us out was friendly....HOWEVER...they have no... name tags but the older lady with purple hair was extremely rude! I assumed she was manager because of the black shirt...but Ihave never felt so rushed and no one was behind us...she was aldo mean mugging us and rolling her eyes...she was mean to mychildren! First time here as we are new to base and I was pretty disapoointed how we were received. We had a large group with several... children. The manager was helping us but curtly told us they were closing in 5 min., then rushed us through the line, obviouslybothered. We used coupons which she also sighed over and I asked her if she wanted us to leave because they needed to close.
