We ordered, they gave use sandwiches they always cut at drive thru , not cut and cold food and missing items. When you order is... the order checked or do they just make stuff.never again I will walk up there and get food from now on wast of time and money. Read more

I went there for lunch. And the staff acted like they was to busy to take my order. I got a buffalo wrap and it wasn't cut all... the way through. I asked for a knife to finish cutting it up. The very nice guy was trying to find a knife. The manager came andasked with a sigh what he was looking for and he said a knife. I already wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break waiting on food. Ijust asked for a fork. As I was leaving a guest was sitting at drive thru window honking the horn, she didn't get her order ontime either. Employees will either make a business or break a business. Pretty sure with attitudes like some of the staff isgoing to break this business. Read more
The last two times I've been here I've not been greeted with a girl with her back turned staring at the order screens not even... acknowledging anyone just walked in the door. This is unacceptable on every level, even if they are working drive-thru. Itseems it's been open long enough to have it together by now but apparently not with Managers that just quit. I had theSmokehouse brisket and was the most dry sandwich I've ever had at any Arby's to date. I hope this changes quickly as you'dthink the owners may spend some time making sure employees are aware customers walk in amd make the dining experience a littlebetter. Read more
Got a hamburger bad mistake wasn't at all like the advertisement. Should have taken the Roast beef sandwich. I definitely won't... be back soon, when you spend $14 and can't eat, something is wrong. had to even wait after paying so I thought it would begood and fresh, it was a microwave sandwich and the cheese was completely melted and a mess too. Horrible We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and they were COLD, the fries were cold and when I ask about the Happy Hour sign and... told they did away with it....After I ordered from it and then paid full price for it. I tried to contact the name on the salesreceipt for a comment and came back Non existent. Our bill was $20.46 to much for Horrible food. Read more
A very nice and new building. Adequate staffing with friendly employees. Order was filled correctly. Only concern is with... construction in the area you need to be careful getting to it. Traffic pattern is still being worked out. Not enough of achallenge to keep me from returning though. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a burger from here twice. They were raw both times. There was also a hair in my... supposed to be sweet tea they gave me unsweet. The curly fries tasted burnt. I won?t be ordering from here again. Read more
