I am in this area for work from the far side of Canada! From the moment I walked In for the first time, I was greeted with such... a pleasant and the most welcoming introduction! My server on that same first night was so incredibly helpful and polite, that Ialready felt that I found my local! The food was amazing!, and the service was unrivalled! I had previously worked in thehospitality industry for 18 years, and the way they had conducted themselves was professional, and personal at the same time! Iwas feeling welcome and taken care of from my first step into the establishment! I?ve been here away from home for 2 months andhave not gone anywhere else, didn?t need to! I?ve gotten to know the owner and the staff very well, and would be proud toconsider them as family! I have been here long enough to try the whole menu and had never felt disappointed! 10 stars out of 5!And I will stand by that! Thankyou to all of the staff!! My mom and I really liked this place as it?s close to her house . Always had good food , last time I went in alone and ordered... what I always do and never had a problem before was the worst food I think I ever had .. I couldn?t even eat it and when I triedto say something I got nothing but Attitude from the waitress and blamed me for not ordering something I like . Little did sheknow I order the same thing at least once a week . It?s sad that one horrible experience will stop he from going back but afterthat treatment I wouldn?t want anyone to deal with them . Great experience! I love this location and it's probably one of the best. I have been going here for years since it first... opened. I've never been disappointed. You can't go wrong with half price appetizers after 9pm. Owner is there all the timeworking with his wife and it shows that they care about their business. I will be back! Read more
We always have an amazing experience at Crabby Joe's Beamsville! We frequent the restaurant every other Thursday and have never... had a bad experience. The staff are super friendly, and the food is 5 stars! We see the manager Liad out on the floor, hand,always with a smile and willing to answer any questions, or go above and beyond for their guests! I'm not much of a drinker, but they have this blueberry mojito that I think is new on the menu, it's got a bit of mint in it,... and it's sooooo good it's dangerous!! I could have easily had 10 of them !!! And the food was good too ! They were packed theevening we went, and it was still great service ! Read more
