Ordered a 3 topping pizza with extra sauce and cheese. Pizza was delivered very dry and when I called I was offered a one... topping pizza for free. NOT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED. Not to mention I had to agrue to get a replacement of what I ordered. Iwasn?t even offered a pizza replacement immediately and that was my dinner. It was a pizza at another time. That went in thetrash and I had to find something else to eat. As much as I order from them very disappointed. Not going to order from thereanytime soon. Read more
Ordered 3 pizzas for the family. Extremely disappointed. Very skimpy on the toppings. For xtra large, they basically used the... same quantity you would put on a small pizza. Toppings were not even spread out evenly. Read more
been going consistently for lunch over a year now, one of the best locations i have been to since managing one myself. both day... shift runners are awesome, they both make perfect pizzas; and a special shout out to the guy (sorry never got your name). iforgot to select pie cut for my cracker crust one time and he knew and cut it that way anyway???????? thanks to you both forconsistently great pizza the way Dominos is supposed to be made. Ordered pizza tonight for my family.. did the extra creamy Alfredo sauce chicken, green peppers and onion? Absolutely... disgusting? Pizza was basic, nothing special. What was extremely disappointing was the lack of basic hospitality of the facility itself. I... needed to use the washroom before picking up my order and I politely informed Prateek (the employee) that the semi-cleanwashroom "didn't have any toilet paper". He responded, "yea, we're out". I asked if he had anything for me to 'do my business 'and he said "like what?". I replied "even a serviette..." and after some hesitancy he handed me a couple of paper napkins. Dobetter Domino's! An establishment such as this should not let it get to the point where basic customer hospitality requirementsaren't met. Gross. Read more
