Always used to love KFC. Reminded me of summer time picnics with family and friends. WHAT HAPPENED??? Here's a picture of 2... thighs and 1 leg!! I placed a Mini Babybel cheese on the plate for size reference, they are 1.5" round, or the size of achicken nugget. What a disgrace to consumers and to the original KFC brand that I so fondly loved for many years. I wondered ifit might just be this Beamsville location? So I also tried a Hamilton KFC location....same result! 10 piece bucket is now $30(only chicken, no sides) but you're actually only getting 10 chicken nuggets when bone is removed! The prices went UPsubstantially, and the product is now incredibly SMALLER!! The Colonel is gone, and KFC won't survive much longer cheatingcustomers this way! Shame on you! Read more
Arrived around noon today. I just wanted a chicken sandwich. I asked the cashier if I could get just a sandwich. She said, ?for... sure?. So far, so good. I handed her a $20 and realized my sandwich was costing almost 11 bucks! I asked her about it a fewtimes and she said, ?nope, it?s $10.89 for just the sandwich.? I asked her how much IS the combo. She said, ?it?s like a fewdollars more, you should?ve gotten the combo?. Upon checking the online prices provided for this location I found that the combois 10.89. I still have no idea what the sandwich alone costs. I would imagine that I?m not the only one ordering just asandwich. One more thing?.the young lady took my cash, provided change and prepared my meal without washing her hands or wearinggloves. There appears to be a few issues here that need addressing. Read more
The food was OK. A little less flavourful than I was expecting. My real issue is that there was only 2 staff working on a long... weekend Sunday. That is unfair and unacceptable. An online order for a large quantity of chicken set all new orders behind byabout 30 minutes while already behind.
