Very friendly staff. Delivery drivers are kind and the time waiting for delivery is not long, but what is to be expected. Pizza... hut pizza made here is delicious. The crust is soft and enjoyable more than most places here in beamsville. You may pay a tadmore. But worth it! Read more

Ordered for delivery, and it was 2 hours late. No apologies. Gave them a chance again half a year later and the SAME THING... happened only the pizza actually never got delivered. We had to go and pick it up. Again no apology or even an offer toreimburse the delivery fee and tip that I had already paid on the app. Very poorly run. Read more

The food was great. But it took two phone calls to place the order. First Call, I was explaining thw online order issue I had... and wanted to place my order, and Kwame had displeaure of communication and without cause disregarded my call to a directory. SoI called back to order without issue. And Alison was very short with me. As well as sounding irritated over the phone for asimple order. When I arrived to pick up, service was still horrid. I still tipped because They are being clowns, not me. Theywere my birthday dinner choice. And never again will I use this location for food. EVER. At least these two did not ruin my daycompletely. They can still make good food at least. So if you don't mind shotty service and get delivery, have at it. Read more
