Great first impression at Smoke & Moonshine. Stopped in for lunch while out visiting Niagara wineries. Great barbecue and... delicious fries. It was a late lunch so no problem getting a seat. Absolutely disgusting. Food was cold. RIbs were from the oven, plain and reheated. Brisket was really really fatty. Pulled pork... was a one bite and done. And the metal trays you eat off of, looks like a prison tray from TV. Server was nice though. Read more

Great service, however I was not impressed with the meal for the price. I am a BBQ fan and always look to try a sample platter... of someplace new to me. Our platter plus 2 beers turned into 100 bucks real quick. That is definitely on the high end of theprice scale for BBQ. I feel bad, as the staff was great and friendly. Read more

Four of us went and had the platter for 2 x 2, which serves 4. Was absolutely fantastic and Moe then enough food. Our waitress... was great at explaining the different types of sauces. Would definitely recommend. Read more

Tonight was my first time eating here, I tried the Double-Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends, Smokehouse Baked Beans, Rice and Beans, and... Cheesy Mac. I had a lot of people to feed and it was the evening before the indoor restrictions were going to be lifted. It was our first... time trying the place and the online ordering system was easy and worked well. The staff were warm and friendly. I can onlyimagine how welcoming it would be once they're fully up and running, inside, again. We ordered the Sam Big BBQ Platter whichcomes with 3 kinds of meat, some mac n' cheese, beans, corn bread, and fries. As well, we added both hot and regular sides ofTennessee cauliflower. It was scrumptious! The wonderful smell filled the house and then we simply dug in. A lot of care wentinto that BBQ. Amazingly delicious. My only criticism was they used cheddar in the macaroni. It was definitely baked fromscratch but cheddar isn't my first choice. There were 3 types of sauces. I really need to ask about these. The darkest, boldsauce was the favourite. Corn bread! Eat that stuff up. If you're even slightly concerned about not ordering enough... Weordered 12 portions for 10 people and easily had an extra dinner night and some lunch, afterwards. No regrets.
