I've been to this location twice, I recently received coupons so I thought I would use them. On the second visit the owner told... me he was refusing use of the coupon. The sandwich was already made, so I asked him how come you won't take the coupon. He saidwe will go out of business if we take coupons,. You did honor the coupon but told me no further coupons will be accepted. Helost my business so I don't know how he's going to gain new business if that's how he treats New customers. Read more
Staff is nice enough. Just wish they'd have more then 1 person working here. Plan to wait a while while the poor lone person... behind the counter struggles to keep up. The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves. Nice to see them have to makepaying customers wait while they make doordash meals.. I won't be back. Every-time I come to this location there?s always only 1 person working, are you constantly short staffed ? Cause your employees... look like they want to quit and hate their jobs , I also just bought a rice bowl and I asked to add pickles and the guy told meI can customize my bowl? I?ve bought at least 3 bowls at different locations and have always customized it, also on the subwayapp you can customize the bowls so that makes no sense?
