Absolutely ridiculously. Nothing but constant issues with this locations. The staff doesn?t care about accuracy or wait times,... and certainly does not care about the products they are sending out the window. Calling the restaurant? Useless. So here Iam? I used to work at tim Hortons so I know/understand some of the ?issues? people complain about are outside the staff?scontrol - but this is pathetic. I understand that the HC machines work on an automatic dispenser setting, but I?m also WELLAWARE that it?s the responsibility of the employee to check that each cup has been properly filled and topped up when/wherenecessary. Why did I just spend over $3 for a candy cane hot chocolate to receive it without the whipped cream, without thecandy cane topping, without the peppermint shot, and no where near full? ???? I would just like to inform one of the workers there are extremely racist and has called people racial slurs multiple times, me... and my friends do not feel comfortable going to there anymore unfortunately. It is extremely disappointing and outrageous. Read more

Still in line, waited over 20 min in the drive though. There were only 3 cars ahead of us not sure why it takes that long. You... need to get some new employees. Avoid this location. Read more

Simple order. 2 drinks, 3 smile cookies. Cookies were very chilled like they had just come from a fridge. Decaf coffee ordered... got poured from the bottom drags of 2 separate pots. When coffee was received, it was cold to the touch and appeared to be moremilk than coffee. Looked like one girl working. Very poor service and quality for what I?m paying for. terrible terrible service. the person in front of me ordered three coffees and the lady took like fifteen minutes getting all... those ready. there was another guy just in front doijng nothing with his headphones in. all i wanted was an ice coffee and shetold me they had no ice? what was that. i waited twenty minutes in a line for something i didn?t even want. Went to the drive through Saturday evening. No one ever answered the speaker. Left after 5 minutes and drove to the John st.... location. Don't waste your time here, you'll never get served. Read more

Customer service very poor. The girl serving us had no personality, and I asked several times to check if my Tim Hortons code... went through and she said yes, even when I was seeing in the screen that "Points earned" wasn't shown (and actually, it neverwent through). One star and should be less. Horrible, horrible service. Took over 20 minutes to serve just 4 people. Everyone working there... should be immediately fired. Immediately. And it?s not like people had large, extravagant orders; I can see two or three drinksbeing handed to cars ahead of me in line. Just horrible, ineptitude by staff. And this isn?t new. Firing everyone and bringingin completely new people, training them to get up to speed, and adjust for a learning curve, I?d say it?ll take maybe 2-3 hoursand it would already be a better place with faster service.
