I ordered a steeped tea with 2 milk 2 sugar and not only was my tea COLD there was NO sugar in it. I also ordered 2 smile... cookies and they were both almost completely RAW. I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru to have nothing but disappointmentbrought on first thing in the morning. If your staff cant do their job properly maybe you should either train them properly orfind new staff that cares! Read more
I?m completely baffled. I don?t know who runs this location? or it?s staffing issues. My girl has stopped by there after work... for the past few weeks? every time she orders me a strawberry chill it comes different colour, no whip, whip but no syrup, justsyrup. Every time she?s told that?s how it?s made. Enough. We let it go on long enough. Get new people in here that care toactually learn about their job. One time I went with her we waited? 30 minutes!!! One car in front? then a lot came afterwards.Unacceptable. I wish I had a pic of that one chill. But I?m tired of throwing my money here. Read more
I was served an iced capp that was clearly made quite wrong that I declined to take it. I don't mind light blends, but this was... 95% cream, it was so white it couldn't be called coffee. I order iced capps often and know this drink well. He tried to arguethat we were wrong, and that's how they're made there, and generally set the situation in the wrong direction. I asked for ourmoney back, to which he tried to return less then what he was given which just furthered the negative experience he servedtonight. We did get the money settled, but I can't say we'll return there. Read more
Probably the worst Tim?s I?ve ever been too. Went through 2 times this week to ask for an ice coffee, both times I got no ice.... Had to ask for extra on the side. Ordered an extra large half decaf half dark roast 3 cream 1 sugar. This is our normal order so we know what it is supposed to... taste like. It looked like milk and tasted like water. So we went through again asked for them to remake it. Got a coffee a bitwarmer same colour and taste. How do you mess it up twice? Finally gave up on the dark roast and decaf and asked for a regulardouble double and they gave us 2 cookies. Just wanted a proper coffee. Should have went to McDonalds across the street. Read more
