Order here every now and then, it's usually good and occasionally mediocre. Today the meat wasn't cooked and the dough was raw,... we also didn't get our marinara side, paid for it, didn't get it. Thumbs down to Neighborhood Pizza Beamsville!! Had a 90th birthday party for my mom yesterday, I pre-ordered the pizza and wings... the day before(friday) to have delivered yesterday (Saturday)at 5:00 p.m,as some of my out of town guests had to leave by 6:30.after about 5:15, we called to see where it was and they were just putting it in the oven. Apparently the girl that took myorder Friday night and took my payment Friday night didn't actually put the order in. When I talked to the manager, shebasically didn't really care what happened. Ordered pizza for myself and my family. The person taking our order over the phone sounded confused and not sure what we were... asking for. We had specifically said we wanted pick-up and they told us it would be 20mins wait time (was also told delivery was30-45 mins with $4 delivery fee) so once again we confirmed we wanted pick up. My mother drove to there to pick up our order,and multiple people asked her if there was a different phone number with the order and seemed to have no clue even about ourorder. Eventually she was told the order just went out for delivery, so she came home. A delivery driver arrived shortly afterand I told him about the situation and he very nicely apologized and took the delivery fee off. He then notified us then, it wascash only for delivery or we could call with a credit card. No one had specified that before hand so we were unprepared andwithout cash and didn’t want to put pizza on our personal credit cards. We called them again to speak with a manager. Thedriver so patiently offered to wait around until we got an answer and again was very apologetic. Once we got ahold of themanager, she advised her boss could nothing for us and to send the driver back with the food. Heard great things about this spot. Went and ordered a small pizza to test it out. Very disappointed It wasn't bad, the toppings... were fresh but the crust was bland. The pepperoni had an odd taste, not bad, a bit acidic. Not enough salt and zero flavor. Plustheir pizza is made on a conveyor belt pizza oven. Pizza was great. The salad however, was very disappointing. Ive attached pictures. Sometimes when you buy a lettuce mix, some... lettuce lasts longer than other lettuce. So not all the lettuce was bad, but there was some lettuce that had gone bad, like ithad turned black and slimy. You give your phone number when you place an order, I’d much rather them call and tell me that theingredients aren’t fresh/available than send me a salad I paid $20 for that I can’t even eat. The cucumbers were slimy andclearly cut like 4 days ago, same with the tomatoes. Very disappointed! Read more
