The sever Patty was great. We had a party of 20 and she was very patient and polite while taking our orders. The food on the... other hand was cold and under seasoned. Family was going to have breakfast here. We all decided to use the restroom first before being seated. Men's restroom had strong... urine smell and urine on the floor and on the toilets. Women's restroom floor was very sticky from too much cleaning chemicalsin mop bucket, but still stunk like mold and urine. So we left the establishment without ordering food. Our philosophy is this,if you don't have clean restrooms you won't have a clean kitchen which will equate to not having clean food. Read more
We LOVE Bob Evans, usually breakfasts, but I treated the entire family to dinner instead during my visit. I live in central FL,... and for some reason they removed our Bob Evans ... the one in Daytona!! We were very disappointed. The Bob Evans in Bear, DE isALWAYS good, clean friendly, priced reasonably and we just don't usually eat anywhere else. It's my grandson's favorite place toeat, so that's where I take him. This is a great place to eat. Family friendly atmosphere. And unlike most restaurants they give you good portion sizes. I just... love their breakfast meals, so good bye IHOP! Awesome customer service! Update: as of March 2022 Bob Evans is still a greatplace to dine. The Restaurant follows Covid 19 protocols by ensuring all tables are properly cleaned after all guests. Bathroomsare clean as well. The wait staff is always cheerful and helpful. The manager on duty Alex was great and made sure to let youknow if you needed anything just let him know. there was 5 of us at the table. All food came out Luke warm.. banana bread was cold. Eggs were overcooked and cold.. my first... plate came out with a hair on it in plain sight, when I complained about it waitress looked at hair as if it was mine.. replacedplate with another cold one... while there also heard other tables complaining about their food.. worst experience ever.manager didn't seem to know what she was doing or even how to fix it.. yea we got a discount but everyone left still hungry..will not be returning to this establishment ever again.
