I will preface this by saying this is a doordash order. But I was completely missing my mozzarella sticks, I asked for no mayo... and of course it was there. The picture of the fries is what was delivered. And my burger (excluding the mayo) was completelyovercooked. It seems like when you order using doordash they don't take those orders as serious. This is an excellent place to watch sports on any of maybe two or three dozen TVs, but it's not a great place to eat except the... wings. The wings kind of steal the show. I would have left three stars, but our server Cody is one of the best. He's very promptand attentive so if you go to this Buffalo wild wings, ask for him. Read more
My wings were absolutely terrible . I ordered extra wet and they were soo dry that other people at my table let me have a bite... of their wings and wiped the sauce from their wings on mine. I don?t think I?ve ever had this bad of an experience from aBuffalo Wild Wings before. And I?ve been going there for the past 10 years. The server was trying the best she could on a busynight, but the wings were straight trash. I took a picture of how dried and shriveled the wings looked and just couldn?t acceptit enough to post it. I hope the kitchen staff never does that again. They were either super overcooked, or just sat forever.How does a wing place mess up wings this bad? Hard as a rock and just super dry. Our take-out visit was actually perfect this time. In there past we've had issues with orders taking forever (or not being put... through at all), incorrect items, having to verbally request all the sides we'd already ordered, etc. It's been slowlyimproving, but this visit was a big jump to perfect service, food, timing, etc. The manager even came over and asked my husbandif he needed anything. So maybe there's new management? Whatever they're doing, it worked! Read more
I had the worst service I could ever have in this Buffalo wings restaurant. We waited more than 40 minutes to get served. They... didn't even asked what we wanted to drink. We kept waiting too long, we got tired and we left the table. Never coming back tothis place. If I could I would add 0 stars to this place. Read more
Wings, pizza, beer was all good. Service was horrible with missed items, items added to the bill that were not ordered, and 2.5... hour ordeal for wings and pizza. We were able to get more help from the other servers on the floor. Read more
This is one place I really love to hang out at with my friends. I love the Artisan Spinach flat bread and Parmesan garlic wings.... The service is pretty good and staff is friendly. The best part is the atmosphere within. It's always inviting and full ofenergy. Would definitely recommend this place. The place is easily accessible too on Pulaski Highway. The place can get a bitcrowded on weekends though. We usually go sometime after 8:30 pm so as to avoid the rush. Read more
