Make sure your double check you bag. Ordered the Nashville hot tenders, and even after verbally double checking at the window... that that was what I ordered and was rudely told ?yea? .. I did not in fact receive the Nashville hot ones. The plain tenders Ireceived weren?t even good- tasted like day old, stale, rubbery chicken and were so small. Do better service. Read more
One of the saddest looking KFCs i ever visited in my life. Where do I start? the door to the dining room doesnt open .. its... stuck.. left me wondering if the dining room was closed... but no.. there was one familhy inside.. turns out it is a stickydoor, but a really sticky one.. no one is bothered to fix it Inside had to wait a bit for someone to come to the cash register. Sunday afternoon and seems like only two members were there in the kitchen. the lady had the least amount of interest in takingthe order.. the menu - no wedges.. dont know when KFC stopped wedges but offered only fries.. then no fire sauces.. no minichicken sandwiches.. where did the KFC i remember go? The soda machine is broken.. so there is one secret machine inside thekitche through which they fill the drinks..that means refills are not easy. The overall condition of the store is bad. From the terrible audio issues at the ordering box to the receiving your food, the... experience is horrible. The fact that you literally have to triple check that your order was correctly put together is a problemin itself and no customer should have to go through this process. If you're paying any amount of money for service, you aresupposed to get good to excellent service to keep you coming back. Unfortunately, I will not come back to this location againsince this is the second time I've had to deal with the exact same issues. Read more
I always love their Nashville chicken tenders???? Today I tried spicy bowl which was amazing too.
Was doordashing, and went to go into the store per the instructions the store entered into the doordash app. Was told to go... through the drive thru. Waited in line, told them at the speaker, and when I got to the window they sent me back right to whereI started to wait for the food. At least three cars from in front of me were also sent around front to park and wait. You can'tcall yourself fast food and not have anything ready for anyone. I normally avoid doing doordashes for KFC because it is justlike this every time. Ridiculous. Read more
My experience was the worst I?ve ever had at any KFC. For one my chicken tenders were flat and small. I thought it was a kids... meal which I didn?t order. And the biscuit was a mini dry biscuit. I ordered 12 wings, (6) buffalo and (6) unsauced. How couldthat be messed up? I didn?t get any buffalo wing at all. I won?t be going back there at all. Read more
I AM VERY UPSET, I ordered the Nashville Hot Tenders, they told me they didn?t have the sauce so i just asked for bbc ON THE... SIDE (which clearly they did not do). This is not what i asked for they gave me regular chicken tenders which i didn?t ask for.Refund me now. Read more
