So I paid $50 bucks for both my pizzas to be flipped over in the car & all over the place on one side.. will NOT be returning :(
I wish i could give half a star. I ordered 2 pizzas july 2022 BOTH were messed up. I called right back and was offered... replacements. I already waited forever so I opted out and insttead was overed a store credit the next time I called in. Todaywas the day i decided to call 10/10/2022. How rude was the so called GM who has been there for a month who told me there was nostore credit for me because SHE has been there and there is no male manager that could have given me a credit within the lastmonth to month in a half. (Although this happened 3 months ago). Well im so sorry I dont eat pizza every month, even more sorryyou all cant keep managers nor have a system to keep this stuff in order. Horrible customer service, the general manager said? you aint gettin no free food from me? after they fldelivered someone elses... order and took over 2 hrs to rectify the situation. The general manager is the worst!!!! I have never experieneces someone in asupervisor position that shouldnt even be making a pizza her servvice is so bad!!!!! Received the wrong order. After calling 10 times finally spoke to a manager who wanted me to drive to the store and show him the... pizza as proof. Poor guy was probably so stressed out with his horrible job that?s why I am not taking it personally that he wasrude, unprofessional and yelling at me over the phone. Will never order here again. I haven't been to this establishment for a while, now I think I know why. I bought 2 large pies for almost $30. One was suppose... to have ground beef w/ veg, the other was to have sausage w/veg. When I got home, I swear each pie had about 4 pieces of meatabout the size of an M&M. So sorry I didn't take a pic. Had it not been so hot that day, I would have taken both pies right backto them. Do not waste your money at this location. I was told after an hour and a half that nobody knew where my pizza was or if it was... even coming, was told to call back the next day if it didn't come!!? It did finally arrive but whoever made it was apparentlyupset, they threw all the pepperoni on one side and my veggie lover pizza had hardly any veggies &all placed within an inch ofthe crust, the ENTIRE middle of the pizza was empty, sauce was barren & some slices literally had 2-3 inches of crust. To top itoff when I was able to call next day because they were closed by time I got my food, one manager said she wasn't surprised,multiple complaints that day from night before and bad staff issues, offered store credit then had a 2nd manager get on phoneand tell me I had to bring the old pizza in for credit because they don't trust their customers! I ordered Delivery today for 2 Papadias & they arrived like this. When I took them back to the store to get a refund or remake... the "GM"( HEAVY Spanish lady) told me there's nothing she can do & that is how they are made. Being a former GM at a PizzaCompany, I asked how many ounces of steak go on papadias she said "that much" with her fingers???????? & walked away..THAT LADYis so unprofessional but says she just took over. WELP , WONT BE BACK. . Basically took our money & said if we don't like it ohwell. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!! I HAVE EMAIL PROOF ,MY RECEIPT, & IM PRETTY SURE THE CAMERAS INSIDE OF PAPA JOHNS CAPTURED ME IN THEREAT AROUND6:30-6:45PM 05/02. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR MY MEAL THAT I DID NOT EAT. I tried ordering here for the first time in a while, and was optimistic using the app. Unfortunately, I won?t do it again. Not... only was the general manager rude, she assured me that the order - that I said was delivered and was wrong - was right becauseshe made it. She also did not offer any resolution, simply replied to me with snark and with the most condescending tone.
