They don't sell slices after 9pm which is nuts for a pizza restaurant to say. So your forced to but a whole pie. It's quite... ridiculous and very disappointing when they are open until 10pm, but you can't just get a slice of pizza from a pizza shop whenyou're hungry at 9pm.. Shame on you.. I?ve been ordering from you guys for the past 7+ years or so. Not only am I disappointed with you cutting serving sizes in half,... but the quality of your food has been declining fast. Pat's Pizza is great! I use both services pick up and delivery. The service is great, the food is great for both pick up and... delivery. They give generous portions of food as well. I would highly recommend Pat's Pizza to anyone, especially if you're veryhungry! Read more
First time visiting. We swipe our credit card and there was a processing error. It eventually straighten out. The manager was... courteous in handling the issue. The pizza was very good. We'll visit again when we come back to Delaware. Read more
I am so disappointed in the Bear Delaware Pats Pizza. I received a $10.00 off coupon from my rewards, in my email. I started ... my order on line, applied coupon, then decided to change my order. When I did this my coupon disappeared. I called the shop,spoke to a very nice man, he took my order but had to put me on hold. A woman came on the phone and said she couldn?t find therewards coupon under my phone number. She asked me if I had signed up for rewards under my phone number. It has been so long Icouldn?t remember. She proceeded to talk over me, not giving me a chance to speak. I admit, I was rude, but again, she wasrude, loud and almost accusing me of lying. Spent a lot of money on wings (approximately $30) the other day and didn't get not one side of bleu cheese. Not the end of the... world but for a 30 dollar food purchase, you would expect to get the agreed upon sauces at the very least. I mean I understandprices might have to go up with inflation, but the quality of fulfillment of orders should not go down. For that I give fourstars but appreciate the service and products that pat provides to the community. Read more
