I have gotten completely spoiled by this restaurant and their usual 5* service. it is practically impossible for anyone, even... TRH to provide the best of the best every minute of every day from every employee. that said I have always been the person tolook past small infractions but this just burnt my britches. ** I wrote this least week but forgot to post now this week I amcare for a special needs child so getting out to order us sometimes difficult. I wanted a baked potatoe and a salad but when Iarrived at 9:45 the place was locked up and the to go girls said no orders would be accepted. what? I walked to front of storeclearly states open until 10pm. when this store first opened I waitressed here and had people walk in at 9:59 that we wouldseat and serve the BEST food. place has definitely lowered it standards so l have to lower yours also if you choose to use thisplace. Ordered online today and set a pickup time of 5:15. When I got there they said it would be a few minutes. I waited 30 minutes... and asked how much longer and she said it is up I’m just waiting on rolls. Another 15-20 minutes go by before I even get myfood. All I ordered was 2 salads and rolls. Also, a person who ordered take out at the window got their food before I ever gotmine. I understand it is Mother’s Day and I don’t mind waiting a few minutes but over an hour for an order I placed onlinewas ridiculous. Enjoyed evening with husband for Anniversary. Host asked husband if he wanted steak then gave him blue ticket with name and... ounce on it, then put other half of ticket on the actual steak in the case, to many hands on the ticket roll, No covid protocols, you can count the employees who had mask on, glass dividers dirty as I looked around where I sat, had to requestbread and plates, food was good and hot, aisles small, I did see bussers wipe down tables with blue gloves but not all of themhad gloves on, waiter did check on us and refilled drinks, rolls, I did like how the workers worked together, alot of workersstanding around, a couple of new employees training with other staff, mgr did come around and ask how everything was, overallnice evening but to many people in one place and sitting to close Read more
My visit was excellent. We walked in and the original wait time was 45 mins, but we only waited 20 mins which is great for a... Sunday afternoon. Our waitress was Stephanie and she was marvelous, attentive, friendly. The rest of the staff were quick andfriendly too. My NY strip was cooked to perfection. The customer service was really good. The rolls and cinnamon butter was good as always. We got quite a few appetizers and they... were all really good. They came out nice and hot and came out very quickly. The cheeseburger was very good. The meat was tenderand juicy and well done just like i asked.
