Ordered 12 boneless wings and only got 9 ..this is the 2nd time that they have messed up an order that I've placed
This place is horrible the manager KELLy is very ignorant I got a door dash missing food and wings were hard as hell they told... me to complain to DoorDash which I?m not doing they don?t make the food nor do they look to see if things are missing due toCovid restrictions.. I came back to the store with the items that weren?t cooked right I didn?t ask for x crispy they have nomanager on duty the girl behind the register gave me the managers number to call when I did she has a attitude!! Then the ladycooking out her hands in raw wings no gloves and used the same hand to put fries in!! I am truly disappointed with our recent order tonight. First I called and was immediately placed on hold, I was left on hold for... 15 minutes. I hung up and called again, and the same girl answered and immediately apologized for leaving me on hold. I ordered2 orders of 24 boneless wings. When we got them home it was traditional wings not the boneless that we ordered. They were alsocold and one order was covered with sauce and the other was barely covered in the wrong sauce! ??????? We are forced to payhigher prices because of the economy, but the service was horrible and so were the wings! If I could give no stars, that is whatthey would receive from me! 7/8/2021. Customer experience was outstanding at this location. The environment was very clean and the employees were polite... and professional. Highly recommend this place not just for its delicious food but for the quality service that will beprovided. They say there?s nothing better than your MoMs cooking. Well there?s no other better wings location like WTG. Came back to this same location a couple times in December and I have tosay WTG never disappoints. I?ve traveled throughout several states in search of the best wings while working on my v-log ?Gas, Grub, and Ghosts.? I am a... connoisseur of wings as I?ve had them at everywhere from dives to chain restaurants. I have to say that hands down Wings to Gomakes the best wings I have ever had. Not only are their wings the perfect size, texture, and flavor, but every sauce I triedwas amazing. I?d highly recommend this place to anyone who likes wings and sauces from flavorful to very hot. I live close by this location so I went on a whim and ordered 12 traditional wings plain, 8 habanero mango boneless wings, 2... orders of fries, and a fiesta chicken quesadilla. The most appetizing thing about this entire meal was the celery. Even mydaughter and nephew who arent picky eaters would not eat this food. The wings were overcooked, therefore very dry. The Frenchfries were drenched in grease. And the Quesadilla was swimming in drippings. We were greeted upon our entrance which was nice.That was the only positive aside from the celery. Also there is places to sit down and eat but no restroom. Very odd to say theleast. I will not be back. Just my honest opinion. Read more
