First time eating from here. Rather disappointed. It was tasteless. No seasoning..in the meat, the corn tortilla nor the salsa.... This was the hamburger street taco and a torta. When i say seasoning I mean mainly salt, but no comino, garlic, pepper or verylittle. The street tacos i am familiar with back in San Antonio do not use ground beef. Get a Huarache. They make their own corn tortillas, which make a massive difference. You can see the giant ball of masa dough... on the central counter. The tacos are a step up due to the fresh tortilla. I heard the empanadas are great as well from aregular customer. Everyone is friendly here. We've stopped by several times and not only is the food consistently excellent, the folks serving out of this food truck are... kind, friendly, and patient with customers. We get the tacos and empanadas. The empanadas are made fresh each order. they'reperfectly crispy on the outside and melty on the inside. The steak tacos are very good too.
