Only giving 4 stars because the manager working on 6/23 in the afternoon was one of the nicest people I've ever met and did a... great job of taking care of us. I was disappointed in the burger quality. Fries were great but burgers and bacon definitelyneeded some help. They all tasted like they were microwaved and not cooked on a grill or flat top. Read more

The time before we had gotten the 2 for 6 fish sandwiches and they were fresh, hot and very good! This time however they were... Luke warm with very little tartar sauce so we had to drive around and ask for tartar sauce! The curly fries which are usuallyfresh and hot were Luke warm and must have been sitting under a heat lamp! The biscuits were hot and fresh. The 3 stars are the result of the extremely slow service. I received my coffee and then they... closed the drive thru window. No one said anything about a delay so I knocked on the window after several minutes. I assumedthat the server forgot my food. The server came to the window to see what was wrong. I told her I did not get my food and shereplied "I know, we are waiting on biscuits." It would have been helpful if she told me that when I got my coffee.
