It's a McDonald's, but I will say, the employees are mostly pleasant, and your order is usually correct.
They usually always mess up your order. A few days ago I ordered two pies and two drinks (an orange HIC and a sweet tea.) I... didn?t receive a receipt (I asked for one) and when I got to the second window, they gave me a Dr. Pepper instead of my tea. Ithen said: ?I ordered a sweet tea, not a Dr. Pepper.? The lady at the window told me that I would have to pay extra to get mydrink replaced. AND THEN today I went with my mom, she asked for extra pickles on her sandwich and got it plain. She went backto get it fixed (again did not receive a receipt) and she heard the crew snickering in the back about her wanting her extrapickles. The sandwich came back a complete mess (I actually wouldn?t be surprised if they spit in it.) I?m not rude to fast foodworkers because I have worked in the industry but some of the kids that work at this McDonald?s could use a good chewing, withthem being as rude as they are of course. And on that note, ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT SO YOU DON?T GET CHARGED EXTRA FOR SOMEONEELSE?S MISTAKE. Read more
Ordered a big Mac and it came with two Patty's and sauce. Missing quite a bit.
Waited 17 min to take my order. No one was in front of me.
Seems like they don?t know customer service. No tray no tomato catch up. A few of the favorite drinks running out. They need to... give training on customer service. We love to see more menu on fish and veggies. Read more
The bathroom was clean one of the stall doors in the womens would not lock you had to use tp to hold it place. Try your drinks... before your leave or get to far away. Ordered 2 large drinks - went to fill them and the spirte was flat and you could tell justfilling it - so got a coke and a root beer to go. Should have tried them as well the coke was undrinkable flat. Read more
Didn't get a receipt and my burrito was hard as a rock !!And half cold !! Employee looked like she had been up all night !!!
