This is the worst Casey's in 3 counties. The manager of this store is literally the WICKED WITCH OF THE MIDWEST. Terrible... customer service. Just an awful, awful, place. Wouldn't go back there, even if every single other business in Beatrice closed. Just awful???? Read more

The cashier sold me the wrong pack of cigarettes after the other cashier had to go looking for her because nobody could find her... while 10 people stood in line. I came back and told her about the mix up and she said not my problem and that I should have saidsomething before I left, even though she knew I put them straight into my bag. Since when is it my job to do your job? Maybe sheshould pay more attention to what the customer says. Read more

In the four months I've lived in town I've ordered 6 pizzas (double pepperoni and cheese)from this location and only 2 of them... were correct, the so called "managers" don't even apologize for the mistake nor will they give me the 3.50 I was over charged. Read more
I ordered online, it was a 35 min time frame of being ready pizza, get there and my Pizza isn?t ready. There were 3 people in... the back and they continued to ask what my name was while looking through there few orders, rather then listen to me when I saidI had an online order. They tell me, they ?didn?t see the ticket? and it would be 15 mins. No apology, just it will be 15 mins.What?s the purpose of online ordering if your staff can?t figure out to check the machine that prints online orders every 10mins or so? I'm giving a 3-star here just because the food is good, they are open 24/7 and most of the staff is nice. However, it's... inconsistent with their north hwy 77 location in that the food isn't AS good. The staff isn't AS friendly, and you don't feelnearly as wanted as you would at the other location mentioned above. I ordered a sub sandwich in this location once, and it wasso horrible that I had to take it back. I got a replacement, but only after the manager publicly shouted at the woman whodidn't want to make me one. I dislike complainers - they are the anti-customer service. Another time I went in for a sub I wasrefused because only one person in the whole place knows how to make a sub, and she was busy with the donuts. I went to thenorth 77 location immediately. Go here for gas, and order food if its from someone you know is friendly, but be warned -nothing is as fresh in here as the other location. Read more
