When you first walk in it appears dirty. It was freezing cold inside. Tables were dirty and didn't appear that anyone had wiped... any of them down in a while. My experience here at McDonald?s sucked. First the people that took our order were rude and unfriendly. We then waited 40 mins... for our chicken sandwich and burger. Over the 40 mins they tried 4 times to give me food items that weren?t even mine. When wefinally got our order we were missing our fries and the sandwiches were made incorrectly. Worst service and attitudes I have ever experienced at a McDonald's or from any restaurant... 35 minutes from order to driving... away. We were charged correctly for our order but it was wrong at the pickup window. They wanted to charge more to fix it as wehad ordered and already been charged for. The manager was rude, THREW the order that was made incorrectly in the trash and thencussed at us. I feel we were patient and understanding of the long wait, mistake and even with the confrontational attitude wehad received. I believe several of the cars ahead of us had similar experiences judging buy the orders that were handed back.I'm guessing that had a lot to do with the long wait. Hopefully this store can learn to manage it's team and be more courteousto it's customers in the future. Read more
I'm getting a bit tired of the new staff constantly getting my order wrong. When I first moved to the area a year ago, staff was... friendly, punctual and never messed up on my food. Now, there's such a big revolving door of new faces all the time and ordersare unreliable. Today, I asked for no pickles on my burger. Whoever took my order decided "no pickles please" meant "no patty".I live 20+ minutes away and only find this out when I get home and it's too late to drive ALL the way back. I think I'm donecoming to this restaurant. The only good thing they have is soda that doesn't taste like it's completely watered down. Read more

Never have an issue with food but everytime I get a caramel frappe with extra caramel it literally never has it. You?re supposed... to drizzle the inside of the cup. I went inside to order. My order was messed up however, when I called. Jess (the manager on duty) was very professional and... polite. She went above and beyond to bring it out to me. I was able to receive the corrected version of my order. Thisinteraction actually made my day a bit better. Read more
Worst MC that I?ve tried. There was a Hair in my bigMC ???? the order super wrong and i had to wait 25 minutes for my food.... Definitely not eating there ever again. Read more
