Staff was great. Hamburgers have a reheated taste. Fries were old. Not sure why because it was lunch time.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We travel the US for work and this is the WORST, and the slowest sonic we've ever been to.... I've been waiting for 35 min for 3 drinks. Will absolutely not be back, I'm sure they are understaffed like everyone else butthat is unacceptable to wait over half and hour AND pre-ordered them on the app 10 min before arriving. Read more
Slow service and if you ask for two different sauces you?ll only get the first one mentioned. Staff are not friendly at all.
I am leaving this review here not because I had to wait nearly an hour to get my food today around 6:30pm, but due to the fact... that I am deeply appalled at the upper management that would leave only TWO people to run this establishment. The two employeeswere doing the best that they could given the fact they had a full lot and a drive thru that was and probably still is wrappedaround the parking lot. I understand that this is a holiday but, this simply ridiculous and exceptionally poor decision makingskills from the management. I do not know if this place is corporate or franchised, but regardless I can promise there areundoubtedly a lot of upset consumers and those two employees are on the receiving end for no reason due to this grossnegligence. If you can't get the appropriate personnel to effectively run this establishment on a major holiday then I wouldsuggest you rethink being open on this day. Thank you. Read more
So a week ago we went to get slashes. Waited 20 minutes with no response. So I left git drinks somewhere else. I called and was... told that they would investigate and call me back. No call. On Thursday we tried again. Pushed the red button waited 10 minutes.Finally we got an answer. Then waited 15 minutes for a sweet peach tea, 2 doctor peppers and and unsweetened tea. Ordered number1 with no lettuce extra onions mayo andvketchup. Received number1 with no lettuce and tomatoes. Fries were hot... and salted correctly. Bun seemed a little detail. But at least it did not come out of a heating tray. Was not busy and insideseating area was clean. Staff was polite and professional. Read more
