This place always has very rude and unprofessional staff. Half of the time we would leave without finishing our order because... the staff was so rude. We were usually the only people there yet our orders were always wrong. The last time I went my burgerlooked like it had been put in the microwave. The bun was hard in the center. Today we decided to try one more time sincehearing about the ghost pepper whopper and it was the worst sandwich I've ever seen. Not to mention it was on a regular bun andnot the halloween themed bun as advertised. We were also greeted with a rude "hello, give me a minute. " and then they procededto make us wait while we were the only customers there. They gave us he wrong amount of drinks and we were limited on whatdrinks we could order because they were out of everything.....including zesty sauce. Also since I'm writing all of this Illmention my husband dropped his brand new phone in the parking lot some time back and was told by the manager that she had foundit and was holding on to it for him. When he showed up to get it she told him she gave it away and gave us some random personsfacebook contact information to try to contact to get it back. I simply ask them to put tomatoes on my chicken sandwich and instead I got onions. Now someone had an allergic reaction and I... can't get a refund... PITIFUL place needs new management. Burger King needs to fire these folks ???????? Read more
We were finally arriving to our destination Saturday night and we decided to get some dinner at this particular location. The... girl in the drive thru had the worst attitude. 5 stars is for the staff ... only! BURGER KING/NO AIR-CONDITIONING: I applaud the staff at Burger King on hwy, 21, for they... work without any air-conditioning at all right now and have only 1 fan/image attached below, to help them achieve anyrelief. My guess, is that it's 89+ f. on customer side of counter, with doors open. ???? That's what I call a great workethic! I hope that the owner of this establishment, gets this issue handled ... stat! Under staffed and Staff kinda rude. Doors propped open but when you walk in you are quickly notified by staff that is sitting... around the lobby tables that the lobby is closed due to being under staffed. No y?all have plenty of workers if y?all get up towork instead of sitting around on y?all?s phones. Read more
I ordered The Fully loaded cross?s which but they didn?t have any sausage so I asked for extra bacon. Sandwich is still suppose... to come with ham as well.
