I was double charged for my meal and dominos wanted to argue with me about saying I was only charged one time! I spoke to bank... and they are disputing the double charge! Yea do not order from here. I ordered at 1030 for a delivery time at 1200. It has been over an hour and i still have not gotten... my pizza. What makes it worse is i cannot even call them without being on hold for over an hour. Never again. Edit at 1300somehow my order was taken place but one of the managers had left the store. So orders are piling in and no one is actually atthe store. This particular area is unbelievable. Read more
Took 45 minutes before they called me and told me i had to pick up and not deliver and I still paid full delivery price. Thought... this was a one time thing until they took over an hour and a half to call me to tell me they couldn't deliver and there wasnothing they could do when I told them I couldn't pick up my pizza. Give you wrong order. You have to drive two times three times to fix your order. I switched to other pizza stores. They have... good customer service and never had to go back. And most importantly they listen your but this place nope. Read more

Right now, the manager is running a $13.99 promotion on all large specialty pizzas. As long as this continues, I am committed to... buying pizza every week. The service is great, the staff is super friendly, and the pizza is the best in the entire Burtonarea!! And it?s super quick. Definitely my favorite non-gourmet pizza place. And you know what? I can?t afford gourmet everyweek, but I can sure afford this! We look forward to it every Friday night!! Edit? just saw all the other bad reviews!
