Abby is the ruddest cashier ever! We stopped in for a quick lunch on Sunday. She didn't even greet us when we walked up to... place our order, and just looked so incredibly annoyed the entire time she took our order. Attention Management: I highlyrecommend that she be sent to "Excellent Customer Experience" training. The girl never cracked a smidgen of a smile. Very, verybad customer experience! So this literally just happened...I was standing at the register waiting to order when the two very rude employees started to... argue about NOT wanting to take my order. Literally when I'm standing there. And when she finally decided to take my order shesaid "what do you want?" In the rudest possible tone. No manager worth speaking to while I was there hence my review. Horribleservice and they just threw our sandwiches together after really looking forward to a good sub it was a complete disappointment. Read more

We did an online order for this past Friday. It is so easy I wish everywhere did This. We put down for the food to be ready by... 10:30 because our lunch was at 11:00. Friend picked up the food and was at work by lunch. The food was ready when he arrived andwas amazing by the time he made it back to work. I ordered the medium tuna and was able to eat after for lunch and half a fewhours later. Picture perfect and tastes great. Read more
