This is by far the best Sushi place in SC in my opinion. It just hits different. The rice is always perfect. They should really... give seminars on how to make the perfect sushi rice. I normally go here 2-3 times a month, and I order the steak and chicken teriyaki or the shrimp steak and chicken teriyaki. It is... always fresh and really good. This particular time, I wanted to try a sushi roll instead of ordering from the sushi restaurantcloser to home. I ordered the Beaufort roll and it was literally disgusting. I believe the oil may have needed changing.. thesalmon was bitter and the avocado was a gross texture. I couldn?t even eat it. Waste of $8; I think that I will stick to theteriyaki! Read more

This place is tucked away in a shopping center. It is worth the search! My grandkids & I sat at the sushi bar. They are not new... to sushi & have eaten there with their parents, so they ordered for me! The Mexican roll is very good, something different. Thefish is fresh and the rice wasn't dry or sticky. Our chef was so friendly and happy - he even let me take a picture of him. Iordered a glass of white wine, but noticed immediately that it wasn't fresh. Best to skip that and stick to drinks that arefreshly opened. The salads with the ginger dressing were so fresh! Sushi rolls are priced reasonably and they have a niceselection. Used to love this restaurant and go to it regularly but I just experienced the rudest behavior it was appalling and with... definitely make me consider going there again. I have never walked out of a restaurant before but there you couldn?t have paidme to stay there!! 15 years of restaurant and management experience and I never saw such rude behavior. Read more
