We go to IHOP whenever we can. We were in Beaufort for our Marine grandson, and this was our "farewell till the next time"... breakfast. There were 7 of us. Ahh, server could have been a bit more attentive, but I am not going to knock her. She took careof every need we requested. The food was good, she caught on that our grandson is military and gave us the discount. We werevery satisfied with food and service. Read more

I?ve visited this restaurant a lot but have not had service like Emily M. I?ve had shelly,shanna, and Danielle which I do not... recommend. Shelly is clueless and shanna and Danielle is rude and don?t show that they care about working at ihop. Couldn?tbelieve I was told they?re managers. Emily m is an amazing server. We had a party of over 30 and she did a tremendous job. Shemade sure we had refills and that our food came out all at once. Will be back. Any new comers or old comers I recommend Emily m.Ask for her at the door or it?s a possibility that you may not get that excellent service because of there rotation system. Read more
Our waitress name was Jasmine, I ordered a Breakfast Sampler with grits instead of hash browns & American cheese in my eggs &... grits. They bring grits out with shredded cheese, & my husband agrees to eat them because he ordered grits as well. Thegentleman comes back about 3 minutes later with the grits, I taste them & they are barely warm with 2 cold slices of cheese onthem. ???? I ask the waitress who never came back to our table after bringing our drinks, can she put the grits in themicrowave. She takes the bowl and comes back 5 minutes later empty handed, & asking if I want her to comp the grits. ???? I waslike I just wanted them hot to eat with my eggs that are now getting cold. ??????????? Apparently, Jasmine doesn?t hear well &serving is not for her. So, she was like the manager took off $4. By this time I?m more confused ???? & getting angry. So, I askto speak to the manager who never gives her name & offers no real solutions, & make it make sense why the waitress has NO REALCUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. The only thing I ate was the 2 baby pancakes, 1 pc of ham & bacon. I will never return. I can?t spendmy money where it?s not appreciated & mind the bill was still $32.95. Read more
Emily waited on my daughter & me at lunchtime the last day of February. She was friendly, polite and very prompt. My daughter... wanted to come here & I came along reluctantly. We both decided we wanted breakfast & it was served up quick and everything wasprepared as we requested. All staff that we came into contact with were very friendly. I'm not a big fan of Denny's or iHop-typeplaces, but I was very happy with the service as well as the food preparation. I'm sorry that I forgot to take photos becausethey food looked as good as it tasted! Read more
We had a 2-egg breakfast, crispy bacon, rye toast, hash browns, and coffee. Service was attentive and pleasant. Time from... ordering to when we got our meal was acceptable. The only reason I gave this review a 4-star is because my hash browns lookedcooked, but were cold, I did not eat them-took one bite and pushed aside. Otherwise, the rest of the meal was okay-eggs came outhot and the bacon was crispy as I had ordered. Read more
I went to have a late breakfast for an hour waiting and another hour for the food, when what I ordered arrived it was not at all... what I expected.
