Normally, I?m very happy with my orders from there. I am there every day we order from work, but since they reopened after the... remodel, it has gone downhill it?s never made correctly. Neither of our drinks were made correctly the other day. I?veliterally driven to Bluffton to get coffee just to avoid going to this one and that?s a 30 minute drive each way I?m not surewhat happened if it?s just they have new people or what because I?ve never had this problem before Read more
I can?t even get coffee on a Monday morning, and I have to drive all the way to the location to find out if it?s open everyday... because they don?t update their hours, I even follow the location on Instagram and nothing. I know I?m not the only one. Read more
They currently will only allow drive-through or order ahead, but get so busy that you can?t order ahead in the earlier mornings.... You also aren?t allowed inside to pick up orders, so while waiting for your order ahead you have to stand outside in the cold.Lastly, you can?t order at the window unless you ?order ahead,? which is stated as a technical issue? since they reopened. I?vewatched parents with their kids all walk up to order to find this out - a struggle for any parent, and people in general. Theworkers are definitely working hard through customers berating them due to asinine ordering procedures. Too bad. I liked this place. Amazing how one bad experience will send you directly to Dunkin. I ordered a trenta size drink.... Long story short they tried to give me a medium drink. I said that I ordered trenta. They remade the drink while telling me itis a ?Starbucks size issue?. What did I get? Well not a trenta and no espresso shot. I could deal with all of that but theattitude that I had done something wrong was not acceptable. Read more

The drinks were good as usual, it?s what you expect from Starbucks but it?s hard to be satisfied when you don?t get much of your... beverage and instead get a ton of ice. Especially when you ask for light ice. Won?t stop me from coming here though. ThisStarbucks is really nice and the staff are super friendly. In the future I have to make sure whoever is making my drink knows toput a little less ice in there. Either way, check them out. It?s a great Starbucks to visit. Read more
Please update Google hours when the decision is being made to be closed for the day, days, or weeks. Since the remodel and... ?reopen? this location is more closed than open, but you don?t find that out until driving 30 minutes and reading signs on thedoor. Read more
