I do NOT recommend this Wendy's. Took my family there today to get food and they were only taking one combo meal per vehicle..... which means my family couldn't eat there. I don't care how short staffed you are. We would have gladly waited. Read more
Absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to and I have been all over the U.S. I spent 45 minutes stuck in the drive thru... trying to get my food. 20 minutes waiting at the menu and 25 minutes waiting at the window. What made it even worse was thatnobody came to the window to say sorry for the wait or anything. If I wasnt stuck in line I would have left... Do yourself afavor and eat somewhere else. Read more
Just left there asked for a #6 plain they put everything on it?got 2 5$ biggie bags they asked what kind of sauce ?never gave us... the sauce!!! If you want fast food, don't come here. They only serve one person at a time. You have to wait for the person ahead of you to... pay and get their food and then they will take the next person. This has to be the slowest fast food joint I've ever been to. Read more
Ordered online. My husband got there and was told the frostys weren't working and asked what else we'd like to drink but never... received the replaced drinks. So paid for 2 frostys that we never received. Never put any sauce packets in our bags or straws todrink with. Horrible service won't be back!!! Read more
My friend went to by after work to get us food from here and they we're rude. He ordered two large dr peppers and a sweet tea... they gave two large drinks that looked like tea but are like a strawberry juice and a regular dr pepper. He even talked to themabout it and they said it was right when it wasn't he was too tired to fight about it and took it with the food. When home thefood was also wrong too he asked for lettuce and tomatoe on one and only had tomato all the patties were dry no lettuce on anyof the burgers and the fries were unsalted. Read more
