If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I placed an order over the phone, got to the restaurant and picked up my food.... Got to the house and noticed BLOOD was in my order. I immediately drove back to wingstop to show them and one of the employeestried to convince me that what I was seeing was just sauce from the wings. (Good thing I took pictures, and captured the bloodon a piece of napkin) I then stated that what is on the napkin is not sauce from the wings it is actual blood, due to the factthat what is on the napkin is DARKER than the sauce. He then stated ?ohhh yeah, you are right?.. sir, I know I am right, I 100%knows what blood looks like. Then I proceeded to get my refund! I would prefer not to write negative reviews. However I am forced to given my love for wings and the travesty that was my first... and last experience with Wing Stop. The list: Bare concrete, dirty floors. Standing water. Unprofessional staff. (Foul languageand open conflict among employees) Burnt French fries. Not just crispy, they were black on the ends, some entirely. They lookedlike what happens when you put room temp fries in over temp old dirty oil. Excessively over-salted fries. Not just heavilysalted, they were nearly encrusted. Miniscule wings. The baby wings that avg around 2 inches long. Overcooked wings. Cooked solong that the bones crack and the marrow seeps into the meat making it grey and grainy. Overpriced. At $12 for 6 tiny wings andsome burnt fries, it was not a good value for the price. Horrible! Wings were half naked cuz the "manager" tossed them sloppy, my fries were only and half seasoned, my sweet tea didn't... have any sugar in it. The store was dirty (at 1130) with paper all over the kitchen floor. The manager was correcting orderswhile fixing my food. It was HORRIBLE!!!! Read more
