I don?t get why theres any negative reviews. This McDonald?s has the most down to earth genuine people working here, and I truly... mean that. The staff here are just the most friendly people. Theres a kid group thats like a family fun night on certain daysof the week, you colour a page to enter to spin a wheel of prizes. The young man that supervised the family fun night is amazingwith kids, like a big kid brother and my kids absolute adore him. He was attentive and caring. We?ve had a hard month..My kidsjust put their dog down, so finding ways to make them smile has been hard its been a tough summer? but he managed to make themsmile; they had such a wonderful time.. it brought the nostalgic feeling of being excited to go to McDonald?s as a kid in the90s for a birthday party, it didn?t feel like just another fast food restaurant. It was staff putting in effort to make all thekids who go there feel special and get a treat and feel spoiled. So irritating, it's literally a 50/50 chance these guys will get your order right. However this is the third time in a row I... got my order wrong. Today I ordered extra patty on my burger and didn't get it. I was charged for it though. Wasnt even busy, Iwas the only person in the drive through. Please do better Read more
Did Mobile order so it would be ready when we got there. Went in and saw my number on the board, saw everything get made at the... same time. Then I watched the four piece nuggets for my sons order be given out to a drive thru order. Not once, not twice butTHREE times. Well by then my order was off the board, 3 skip the dishes drivers came and went and my order sat there waiting forthe nuggets. I kept asking why my order was taking so long, kept being told its coming. Well it wasn't, and only when I told himto hurry up did a third person notice my order was gone and put a rush on the nuggets. I stood there for over 10 minutes waitingfor the nuggets. What's the point of ordering ahead if they don't start to make it until you get there. Because I have kids Iwill most likely go back but only through the drive thru as it seems that's where all the attention goes. Read more

I have never in my life experienced such incompetency. I ordered 1 x 20piece chicken nugget box only to find out I had 2 x6... piece orders. They also swapped out the 2x Big Mac sandwiches I ordered for 2x quarter pounders. Not only that but when I got tothe pickup/payment window, the employee said ?one 20 piece chicken nugget and two quarter pounders.? I replied with ?you meanone 20 piece and 2 x Big Mac?s?? She paused, pondered the situation, failed to elaborate, knowingly gave me the two quarterpounder sandwiches, and let me drive away. The receipt clearly indicates the order I verbalized at the drive thru window, yetdue to their ignorance and overall lack of common sense and decency, I was left to come home and find the order wrong in it?sentirety. This is by far the most pathetic effort I have ever seen by any group of people, regardless of their profession. Read more
It was a typical McDonald's meal. They had a family night with kids activities which was nice. Only suggestion is that they... consider moving the soap dispenser so kids and shorter adults can reach them. Read more
